Announcement bar

Using the featured icons section can significantly enhance your websites user experience and overall effectiveness. Featured icons are small, visually engaging graphics that represent specific actions, features, or information. Getting Started

• Go to Online store → Theme → Customise

• By default, you will not see this section pre-loaded

• Scroll to the bottom of the panel and Add section

How do i customise the Announcement bar?

Section settings

By clicking on the name of the section Announcement bar you get access to change the following;

Block settings

Now we will work on setting up this section using blocks. We have 4 blocks types to choose from;

• Announcement

• Link

• Phone

• Email

Announcement - This is static text that will be center aligned. If you add 2 Announcement blocks, the second announcment will animate from left to right.

Link - Here you can add static text, but link your text that navigates customers to a particular page. If you add Announcement and Link blocks, the layout will split to accomodate both blocks on a single line.

Phone - This allow you to add your phone number, with an optional icon, that when a user clicks will dial when on mobile.

Email - This allow you to add your email address, with an optional icon, that when a user clicks will open an email client.
