# Text columns with image

The `Text columns with image` section is similar to an FAQs section but rather than forcing users to click on a Heading to reveal additional information, all a user has to do is hover over a specific Heading and the caption above will change to reveal content specific the Heading. You can also add an Image to make this section really pop!

### Getting Started

* Go to `Online store` → `Theme` → `Customise`
* By default, you will not see this section pre-loaded
* Scroll to the bottom of the panel and `Add section`

#### How do i customise the Text columns with image section settings?

* **Upload image** - 1000x1000 pixel jpg format is recomended, to replace the placeholder image.
* **Layout style** - Choose between 2 styles, `Style 1` connect the text and image while `Style 2` seperate the content with a gap.
* **Layout alignment** - Choose between `Right` and `Left.` Left is selected by default and will show the content on the left and image on the right. If you choose Right, this will reverse the layout.
* **Color scheme** - pick a theme color profile to change the style of this section
* **Top/bottom padding** - this controls the ammount of whitespace above and below this section

#### How do i customise the Text columns with image block settings?

By default, 2 blocks which are named as `Column` are preloaded when you add this section, a max of 4 blocks can be added.

* **Heading** - Add a strong call to action to introduce the section
* **Caption** - Add extra information to explain your store, products or offers

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://erickson.gitbook.io/machina/sections/text-columns-with-image.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
