Footer group
Located at the very bottom of your online store, the footer is an often overlooked area of a website, however, it is arguably one of the most important components.
It can be used to contain crucial things such as links to terms and conditions, returns policies, business address, accepted payments and so on.
These are arguably not the most glamorous pieces of content, but they do in most circumstances need to be present. The footer keeps these things tidy and may surprise you by its adaptability.
The footer is a fixed section, just like the header. This means the position channot be change unlike other sections where you can drag and drop to ajudt the look and feel of your page.

Currencies
These days, with customers shopping online from around the world, 24/7, making sure you embrace the global market is very important. Being able to switch between currencies is an integral feature for your customers experience.
However, if a multiple currency dropdown selector is shown as an option on the storefront, this offers reassurance that their needs will be met.
Customers can then see all product pricing in a familiar currency and remain on your store to complete the purchase.

Social media
Social media is an essential tool for your business and provides a near-instant opportunity to connect with your customers (and vice-versa). Market products, promote your brand and foster new business. Answer questions, obtain feedback about customers’ experiences, either directly, or indirectly.
Speed and convenience are two huge benefits of social media versus conventional email and print.
An active presence on social media establishes trust and an 'always available' stance when it comes to customer support. These days, quality customer support, in particular, is more crucial than ever and should be placed squarely alongside the product itself in terms of importance.
Praise and negative feedback left by customers on public social media should always be responded to swiftly and professionally. This serves to increase transparency and impact interactions in the most positive way.
